After the first month of running the HEPA terminal modules in our ISO 7 lab, the differential pressure readings have been stable within ±2 Pa. The installation team completed the airlock setup in two days, and the CRCS-500 interface made it easy to adjust the cascade setpoints. I was initially concerned about the noise level from the HVAC unit, but it stays under 55 dB during normal operation. The only minor issue was a delay in receiving the calibration certificates, but the support team emailed them within 24 hours after I asked. Overall, the system performs exactly as specified in the design review.

A Review After the First Month
Feedback on Communication and Setup: The project manager called me every other day during the installation of the DPT-3000 transmitters in our pass-through chambers. That level of communication helped us avoid a scheduling conflict with our existing cleanroom operations. The setup itself was straightforward — the Modbus RTU integration with our BMS took less than an afternoon. I deducted one star because the user manual for the CRCS-500 could be clearer about the alarm threshold configuration. The technician did walk me through it over the phone, but a printed quick-reference card would have saved time.

This is our second project with PharmWare — we previously had them install the HEPA modules in our R&D wing three years ago. For this returning client experience, we added the DPT-3000 transmitters and upgraded to the CRCS-500 controller. The new system allowed us to monitor pressure differentials remotely via the web dashboard, which was a key requirement for our QA team. The installation crew remembered the layout from the previous visit and finished two days ahead of schedule. The only thing I would change is the length of the power cables on the transmitters — they were a bit short for our ceiling plenum routing, but the team provided extensions at no extra cost.
