Terms of Service

Rules governing the use of our cleanroom HVAC design and installation services.

Scope of Services

Pharmacywarehouses.com provides design, installation, and commissioning of pressurized enclosures, cleanroom HVAC networks, terminal HEPA filtration modules, and airlock systems with differential pressure transmitters. All work is performed according to the specifications agreed upon in the signed contract. Any additional work outside the original scope requires a separate written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate site measurements, existing HVAC schematics, and access to the installation area during working hours. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Delays caused by incomplete information or restricted access may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total contract value paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of production, contamination of materials, or downtime caused by system malfunction, unless gross negligence is proven. All equipment warranties are passed through from the original manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination by the client, all work completed up to the termination date must be paid for, including design hours and materials ordered. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client fails to meet payment obligations or provides false information.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact us at info@pharmacywarehouses.com.
